The Nintendo DSi will enhance the technology of Nintendo because it combines the technology of the camera and gaming. Although the camera on the DSi is not the greatest, Nintendo can improve the camera when they release newer versions of it. The Nintendo DSi creates a lot of possibilities for the future of gaming. Also the DSi can edit pictures on it. On the old DS there used to be an application called Picto chat, now there is a program that is more advanced. It’s kind of like MSN.

Retrieve:

The DSi and the DS look pretty similar, except that the DSi is slightly smaller and has two cameras, one on the front and one on the inside. Another similarity between the DS and the DSi is that they both have a chatting program in them. In the DSi, however, the chatting program is a little more advanced than it is in the DS. 

Obsolesce:

The DSi will soon replace the DS Lite because the DSi has new features that the DS Lite before it didn’t have. Such as two cameras, a bigger screen, a more advanced chatting system and also a microphone in which you can record your voice. You can also edit those sound clips, as well as pictures. Also on the DSi you can download games from the Internet, which you couldn’t do before with the DS Lite.

Reverse

            Because of the many features on the DSi people might not end up using them to their full potential, as intended by the Nintendo Company. Also another complication with the DSi is that although the games are extremely entertaining they can also become addictive. Then people start ignoring friends and family to play the games on their Dsi.
